Terms and Conditions of Use

We have taken every effort to design our Web site to be useful, informative, helpful, honest and fun. Hopefully we’ve accomplished that — and would ask that you let us know if you’d like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need and want. Termination of this Agreement

You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from all Udimicom, Limited Web site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. Udimicom, Limited may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our Web site, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And Udimicom, Limited is entitled to terminate all or any part of any of its Web site without notice to you. Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider If you use our site from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

SPAM Zero Tolerance Policy

We take a zero tolerance stance against spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice and without any refund.

Sites advertised via SPAM (spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended or terminated.

Udimicom, Limited reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any site that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.

Udimicom, Limited reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a cleanup fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the cleanup fee is entirely at the discretion of Udimicom, Limited.

Refund Policy

Any payment that is not older than 30 days is refundable. We will issue a non-questions-asked refund after the first your message to support.

Children

Udimicom, Limited does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Udimicom reserves the right to remove and permanently delete the content from the service with or without notice if it violates intellectual property rights. You may notify us of any user content that violates these terms by the email below.

Data collection

Quwi can take screenshots of your screen when you are working on a task. Screenshots can be viewed by you and by the person who manages you in your company. You can delete screenshots from the system (and this will delete the corresponding amount of time worked). Screenshots are only taken when you are tracking the time and not taken when you stop tracking the time.
